"I would not recommend this costume to a friend. The body of the dress is EXTREMELY short-waisted...it was more like an empire waist which made you look much bigger than mormal. I am a small, petite lady and the dress was still so short on me that my panties were showing!! Also, the material is very clingy and very hot! However, the boot covers were very cute! I give the costume 2 thumbs down!"
