"I ordered this banner for my nieces 1st birthday party. I first thought it might be too good to be true because of the price, I didnt think I would get a good quality product. Well when I received it I was elated! I rushed over to show my brother & sister in law & they were so happy too! This is a great product! It was depicted like I received it & my sister will be ordering one for her daughters birthday too! Thank you very much Celebrate Express!"
