"These come as regular blowouts and you get the Dr. Seuss cardboard to put on the blowout. Unfortunately, they did not stay on. I wish they sold the cardboard only and not the blowouts or had different blowouts with this."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find that on one side of the ball was Cat and the other side was the hat with Dr. Seuss written. It's just like the picture. I thought the ball would have one picture or the other but it has both. Made it easy to not have to worry about what kid gets what!"

"I wish that these had more than just two tattoos. I would have loved to have seen Thing One and Thing Two, Nick and Sally and Cat. I would have ordered more if they had a bigger selections. They are nice, durable tattoos. Just not a lot of variety."
