"I got this watch for my daughter to wear with her Olivia outfit, the day of her bday party when she put it on, the band broke. I had to Hot glue the band back on so that she could still wear it. I emailed CelebrateExpress and told them what happaned and they sent me a replacement watch. Thank you Celebrate Express for understanding and replacing the watch."
