"While I really liked the style of this outfit and the color, the quality wasn't great for the price I paid nor did it fit correctly as shown on the package. I put it on BACKWARDS and it fit perfectly! Scratchy on the shoulders where the tinsel-like fabric meets the skin.
The hat should be worn several times before going out as the flatness of being in the package for a long time causes it to be "off" for awhile.
The beads are just the right length and with a boa (I chose a pink one) and a cigarette holder, it makes a wonderful costume."
