Title: Unclear how to assemble!

"After reading the directions 5 times, my husband and I could not figure out how to attach the top part. Flaps and slots did not correspond. Had to tape it together."

"Very simple design but did what it was supposed to. Was easy to fill and hang. Was a great assets to my 3yo daughters birthday party."
