"My 20 month old is tiny for her age and this costume was the perfect fit for her. It wasn't big and bulky like others I've seen. She was able to wear a heavy long sleeve black shirt underneath too (since we live in NY and Oct 31st is cold). The only thing I would change is the hat. We had to sew a strap underneath to keep it from falling off. Other than that. . . great costume!"
