"I purchased this for my daughter to wear in a halloween pageant. I added a few jewels to it & it was perfect. We received many complements on it. Very cute for the money."

"This seaweed really finished the mermaid costume perfectly! However, my daughter wouldn' t wear it because it was itchy."
