"I was really impressed with the quality of the materials purchased from celebrate express. After a promotional discount and free shipping I was hooked. I bought a first birthday package that included everything needed. It saved me time and effort by receiving all needed materials in one package after a few clicks of the mouse. The package was delivered DAYS ahead of the promised delivery date, which was wonderful and really helped reduce my stress, as I ordered a bit close to the birthday party date. Would definitely order again and recommend to anyone to do the same. thanks!"
