"i purchased 2 rolls of this streamer but did not use it IT WAS NOT BRIGHT WHITE!! MORE LIKE DIRTY WHITE, it looked like it was sitting in the warehouse so ling that it changed color and it was stiff! WILL NOT PURCHSE WHITE STREAMER !!"

"Yes the party hats are cute BUT no one said you had to put them together LITERALLY !!! i had to shape them in a cone shape then attach the string SO TIME CONSUMING , will deff not buy party hats other products yes but"
