"I bought this same plaque last year for my daughter's 1st birthday...turned out great! However, when I received the product this year for her 2nd birthday I was very disappointed. The "clay" is purple, not pink and the quality of the clay seems to have changed since last year...seems more like a putty and a little more difficult to get the handprint set in the "clay". The one I had ordered last year was truly like clay. Hopefully it will harden nicely overnight. I called and the customer service rep who was very helpful and apologetic and is sending me out a new one...in hopes that it will be pink. Unfortunately, I won't have it in time for my daughter's birthday party. Will have to use the purple one in the meantime. I had placed my original order prior to another reviewer stating the clay was purple...if I would've seen that, I would've had them check the package prior to shipping. Overall, still an ok product...still love the one from last year! Hoping the new one they ship is more like the one last year."
