"I thought it would be fun to have children birthday hats for my daughter's 19th birithday for her friends to wear. She totally LOVES Giraffes. The hats came and were easy to assemble. The material quality was good and easy to work with. I was also able to enhance the hats by adding othe craft items to make them more festive. Would definitaly purchase from Celebrate Express again."
