"I bought this for my 4 yr old grandson. He loves it. The quality was good, the chest is a little stiff, but with wear it should calm down. I bought it one size larger for him and it fits. I think it runs small. He was especially happy with the utility belt. He thinks I am the best Grandma ever!! That is worth the $$$."
