"I ordered the Look Whoo's one deluxe party pack for my granddaughters first birthday party and everyone raved over it. I even had a cake specially made to match the theme with an owl on top with the hot pink bow. All the colors were bright and cheery and you can't beat the price. It came in promptly also!"
