"Got these balloons based on another patron's positive feedback. Unfortunately, the balloons must've been very old because they had these weird specs in them and when Party City tried to blow them up they popped! I got 2 pkgs and only ended up with 3 of these balloons. First bad experience w/ BE so I didnt make a fuss but definitely would recommend that they check on this product b4 selling anymore."
