"This item appears just as the picture indicates... right down to the order of the colors. The material of the flags is plastic-like and each flag measures about 9.5" x 12". There are 11 flags on the string with about 2.5" between flags. I haven't measured or hung it yet but that sounds like it'll make the 12ft as advertised. Colors go well with the rest of the Del Sol party items."
