"These look really cute pictured on the site, but when we got them they need to be put together. You have to roll the hat and place the tabs in and also put the string in. They were not easy to roll and put the tabs in. After putting them together they did not look as nice as the picture and they kept coming apart."

Title: Smelly balloons

"These balloons look very cute. The problem we had was they have a very strong odor, so much so after washing our hands a number of times after blowing them up they still smelled. Plus they left a really bad taste in our mouths after blowing them up. We did not let our children play with them becasue we worried about the smell."
