Title: Don't waste your money

"I ordered the deluxe package and the personalized banner. While it looked as it does online & I was pleased with the banner, the hats and centerpiece were very flimsy and would not stay together without tape which looked cheap. Next year, I'll be shopping at my local party store. Not worth the money plus shipping."
