"I am very pleased with the service provided to me as I tried to find a costume for my kindergartner. At the last minute she decided she wanted a penguin costume and CelebrateExpress certainly delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. The Penguins of Madagascar costume fit well without alteration and survived several wearings without any apparent damage. She was able to move about as if she was wearing normal clothing. The weather was warm during Halloween weekend and my child was never uncomfortable. I'll certainly look to this company to help me with next year's Halloween costume!."
