"All the pieces are super thin plastic. It's nearly impossible to get all the creases out and if they are hung outdoors, they flap SO much with even just a breeze.
Very hard to secure the banner due to thinness of plastic. If you use rope on the corners, even reinforcing with duct tape before punching holes is iffy.
The only thing that looks decent flapping is the fringe."
