"I had ordered a large size in this costume. I took all the correct measurements. But when it arrived I tried it on and it wouldn't even go over my shoulders. I am not a large person at all. It also didn't have any elastic. Most costumes have elastic around the arm bands and the waist. Not this item. I was really disappointed. I was looking forward to wearing this costume. Instead I got to return the items and spend more time finding another costume to wear. The customer service department was very helpful and nice about the return."

"The wig I ordered was suppose to be for an adult. It was labeled as a teen wig. Therefore, I didn't get to wear it. I had to buy a different one."
