Title: Runs small but awesome costume

"I read a review that said it runs small so I order a size larger and it barely fit. I wear a 6-8 and ordered the large 12-14. And if your a C cup or bigger, not sure if any size would fit?
The costume party I went to, everyone asked me where I got the costume from. I won 3rd Place in the Costume Contest too!"
