Title: petticoat fit

"The size is true to the manufacturers suggestion. in the photo it appears as if the bands going around the slip are in satin. it is NOT in satin. the quality is satisfactory. you can see through the black slip. it does not appear that way in the photo but its nice & poufy and not too thin.. I wore it with a velvet jacket and dance shorts underneath."
