"The dress is sweet and pretty, and perfectly short. I don't agree it needs leggings as one review suggests, but, instead, a frilly full-back undergarment of the same color (or black). The dress beautifully adorns that area that needs to be draped, crowning the natural loveliness of thighs and legs. It is discreetly sexy and ideal for almost any occasion."
