"I bought these balloons along with the matching plates to decorate my kids classroom for the cake walk at their yearly school fair. The theme was "Sweet Shoppe" so we had a baking motif. We glued the plates together back to back, attached a string and hung them from the ceiling. They looked adorable and very colorful.The quality of the plates was great as the ones we hung outside the room withstood a rain storm and didn't disintegrate! Recommend to all!!"
