"Every year since my son was three I have gotten him a banner from Celebrate Express. I have NEVER been dissapointed. It is good for in door and outdoor use. VERY durable, and I save them every year as a memory of his birthday. Recently I have started getting them for my daughter now!"

"When i initially got the cake made I was worried that it was to plain. As soon as I put the toppers on, it made the cake look awesome! Good quality toy also.. My son has put them with the rest of his Military toys!"
