Title: Wrong item shipped - twice

"I ordered the Rico penguin costume, and the bag I received said Rico, but the costume inside is Private. I called customer service and returned the Rico costume, they sent another and it's the exact same problem, Private in the bag, bag says Rico. No time to return again, my son will have to be Private, but his favorite penguin is Rico. Quality control needs to improve."
