"These were great!! So much better than the traditional party hats with the elastic. Everybody enjoyed wearing them, not just the kids!! Fit a variety of sizes and did not seem to be too tight or too loose on anyone."

"These were very cute and the horn part is plastic so when i received I was thinking that they would last longer than the cardboard ones but the paper part that blows out is very flimsy. I was glad I ordered extra because most of the kids were asking for a replacement before the party was half over."
