Title: So small & waste of money

"I did read the other reviews before I purchased this, but I went and bought it anyway because I thought it was the cutest hat out there. Well, I should have listened to the other reviews. It is very, very small and the elastic is way to tight to fit on my daughter's chin, mind you she is a tiny, little petite girl, only in the 25th % for her age! I may just take a hole punch and tie a thin ribbon on each side so she can wear it at her party. If that doesn't work I will just toss it out and just have wasted my money!"

"I was really excited to see there was a game to match the lil cupcake theme and what a cute spin on "pin the tail on the donkey". It is very well made and a great quality product for the price. It is also something that can be put away and be used year after year. I can't wait to use it at my daughter's First Birthday party!"

"I bought this to match the lil cupcake theme. It is perfect, my only issue is it got a little beat up in the delivery process. I am excited to use it at my daughter's first Birthday party though!"
