Title: WAY to small

"The shirt is very cute, but.... My daughter is wearing size 12 month clothes right now so when this said 18 months I thought it would be plenty big for her b-day party that is 6 weeks from now. WRONG! It was tight on her! I have ordered a 2T and hopefully it will not be too big."

"I thought these were paper but they are plastic and can be taken home by the kids and used again! Love them!"
